Workstation assessments are a legal requirement for companies. Our workstation assessment service will provide each member of your team with a personalised assessment at their computer, the results helping to optimise the comfort, performance and energy of your staff.

Our one to one workstation assessments include:

• Correct positioning and posture at the workstation
• Correct positioning of phone, keyboard, mouse and other workstation items
• Correct healthy workstation environment
• One to one personalised advice for healthy workstation practices and special cases such as injuries, health problems and pregnancy
• Employees are taught a series of simple desk stretches to help reduce back, neck and shoulder tension
• On completion of all assessments we will provide a simple summary report for your company itemising any actions required
